If you are interested in taking dual credit for the spring semester, it's time to sign up (if you haven't already). You must have: a 3.0 GPA, 14 credits (by January) and meet the ACT requirements (for College Algebra/Comp I). Because of the credit requirement, usually students do not qualify until January of sophomore year, so freshmen are probably not eligible for these courses quite yet. (Sorry, guys... your time will come, we promise!)
If you have not yet signed up for a dual credit course, please email Ms. Vaughan at meghan.vaughan@dcsms.org by Friday, October 2 to get on the list of interested students and get more information. We have also attached 2 handouts here that will supply MUCH more information for you; please take a look and let us know if you have more questions!
